Rhythm Rise is pre-launch: Season 1 has not yet opened for full registration. This policy covers the site as it exists today and will be updated as registration, payments, and event operations go live.
Information We Collect
When you submit the Early Access form, we collect your name, WhatsApp number, city, and preferred competition category. This is the only personal data actively collected through this website at present.
Standard technical information (such as browser type and general usage analytics) may be collected automatically to keep the site secure and working correctly.
How We Use Your Information
Early Access details are used solely to notify you when UAE auditions and registration open, and to answer questions you raise with us directly.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
Media & Performance Rights
Once registration opens, participants who register will be asked to grant Rhythm Rise the right to photograph and video-record performances for promotional, archival, and broadcast purposes, as set out in our Rules & Regulations.
Any media featuring minors will be handled in accordance with child protection guidelines and will require explicit parental consent — this will apply from the point full registration opens, not to this website's current early-access form.
Data Retention & Security
We retain Early Access submissions only as long as needed to contact you about Season 1 and related updates, or until you ask us to delete your information.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission over the internet is ever completely secure.
