Doha Music Lovers was founded and led by Syed Rafi in Qatar with a simple but powerful purpose — to create genuine opportunities for singers and dancers to perform, grow and be seen. Over the years it grew into a proven platform for music, dance and entertainment, delivering real competitions, auditions, selection rounds and grand finales.

One Stage.
Doha Music Lovers successfully delivered three seasons of Super Dancer in Qatar — giving dancers across styles a real platform with auditions, selection stages and a grand finale.
Super Dancer — Season 1
The first stage — dancers from across Doha's community competing through auditions, selection rounds and a grand finale.
Super Dancer — Season 2
A bigger stage, a bigger crowd — Season 2 grew the competition while keeping the same structure of fair, staged rounds.
Super Dancer — Season 3
The most recent completed season — a full-scale production, judged panel and grand finale night in front of a packed house.
Where Voices Became Performances.
Doha Music Lovers also conducted Super Singer — a singing competition built on the same standard: real auditions, judging across age groups, and a grand finale that gave every performer a real moment on stage.

A Competition Without Borders.
Doha Music Lovers took its talent platform beyond physical borders with Voice of World — an international online singing competition. Participants joined from across the world, competing in Hindi and Telugu.

It Evolved.
For years, Doha Music Lovers created stages for singers and dancers in Qatar. Artists performed. Competitions were created. Communities were built. Thousands of participants stepped onto our stages. Then came a pause — when Syed Rafi left Doha, the programs conducted under Doha Music Lovers came to an end. But the vision never did.
Today, that vision returns in a new form: Rhythm Rise — an international talent platform created to take the experience, passion and standards built over years in Qatar to new audiences and new countries.
A Community Built at Scale.
Cric Qatar
Beyond entertainment, the same community-building philosophy has been applied to sport. Cric Qatar is another major community platform created under the same leadership ecosystem — it has grown into a large cricket community connecting thousands of players and hundreds of teams through organised cricket.

Rhythm Rise exists to deliver exactly that: a named, independent jury with zero conflicts of interest, scores verified by a neutral third party, and every performer treated as a guest of honour rather than a number in a queue. It's the standard the founding team already held itself to for a decade — now built as an international platform from day one.

A Life Dedicated to Community
Syed Rafi is one of Doha's most prominent and celebrated community organisers — a man whose passion for sports, music and culture has brought together tens of thousands of expatriates across Qatar under a shared sense of belonging.
An alumnus of Osmania University, Hyderabad, Syed Rafi built a distinguished professional career in media, having served as Operations Manager at Al Jazeera Channel and Al Jazeera Children's Channel, before channelling his energy into building community institutions that have become pillars of expatriate life in Qatar.
In 2014, driven by a belief that sport unifies people like nothing else, he founded Cric Qatar — which has grown into the largest cricket tournament organisation in Doha with 27,000+ registered cricketers and 950+ registered cricket teams from five nations.
His mission expanded to the arts in 2021 with Doha Music Lovers — giving emerging singers and dancers a platform they had long been denied. With events like Voice of World drawing 650+ singers globally and Super Singer becoming a celebrated annual competition, the platform has touched thousands of lives.
With offices spanning Doha, Hyderabad, and now coming to Dubai, Syed Rafi continues to build bridges between communities through the universal languages of sport, music and culture.

Registration and your first-round audition are completely free, for every category. Attend your audition and you'll receive a Digital Participation Certificate no matter the result. If our judges select you to continue, a Second Round Participation Fee confirms your place — nothing is charged before that. Top performers advance to the Grand Finale in Dubai for a AED 12,000 total prize pool.
Group Dance's Second Round Participation Fee is AED 300 per group — higher than the solo categories' AED 100. Full terms →
